Undefended Divorce: Fixed fee only £850 + VAT and court fees.

Divorce can be a traumatic experience, worrying about children, finances and property. Sarah, David and Toni are very experienced lawyers and they are able to help you with all legal aspects.

We are based in Ferndown and Corfe Mullen, but serve Wimborne, Poole, Bournemouth, Ringwood and the surrounding areas.

What's included in our fixed price fee?

We will meet you or speak to you on the telephone for an initial consultation to discuss your individual circumstances and give you advice about your relationship breakdown.

We will advise you about divorce law and procedure, draft the paperwork and deal with the Court on your behalf. We’ll keep you informed about what is happening and whether there are any other issues that ought to be dealt with e.g. financial.

What if my spouse defends the divorce?

This is unusual but does happen. Note that the fixed fee does not cover defended divorces. However, Jordan Williams Law will provide the necessary advice and support and do work at our normal rate.

Does the fee include dealing with children or financial issues?
